The evaluation process allows our engineers to determine what may be causing the disk failure. After the failure analysis is completed, we will provide an explanation of the computer or disk failure. This is a free evaluation that helps determine required recovery procedures. There is no commitment to proceed.
Pricing for data recovery is based on the time and process our engineers use in our computer labs. There are simply hundreds of different failures that can cause computer crashes and loss of critical information. Our engineers apply their best recovery efforts to retrieve every available data file. Due to media damage or data corruption, some information may not be recoverable.
The recovery procedures used will be determined by the evaluation of the failure.
When we return your recovered data, it will be sent back via standard overnight services unless otherwise specified. Shipping and handling charges are determined based on your specifications and will be added to the cost of recovery.
Payment arrangements for recovery services are required before project completion and include the following payment methods: Visa/MC, Amex, Discover, Company or personal check.
For recoveries that require head or component replacement, it is necessary to obtain parts to bypass failing components. Charges will be based on specific components and availability.
