Shipping Instructions
Insert the completed Recovery form into the shipping container.
When you send in your defective drive, make sure it is packaged well. We recommend using an anti-static bag and a foam lined drive shipping box. If this is not available, you may wrap the drive in bubble wrap.
Then pack it in a box of foam peanuts. Use at least 3 inches of padding on all sides of the drive. We accept deliveries from all carriers. Please use a service that has package tracking information available.
